He was felicitated by Skal International Colombo President Bernard Wijetunge, the Executive Committee and members.
The distinguished Guest Speaker was His Excellency Matthew Duckworth, Australian High Commissioner to Sri Lanka, whose spoke on the long standing partnership between Australia and Sri Lanka while the event was also graced by Skål International Director for Region 11, Sk. Dushy Jayaweera
