AirPark (Pvt) Ltd is delighted to announce its appointment as the General Sales Agent (GSA) for World Ticket in Sri Lanka.

Part of the GO7 group, which includes FlexFlight scheduled and charter operations, WorldTicket offers a suite of solutions to the travel industry, to elevate the services offered to travellers. Notably, World Ticket enables travel agents to issue tickets on airlines not normally available or represented in Sri Lanka.

The WorldTicket GSA ticketing solution is available on a total of sixty airlines across the globe, including major carriers, regional and local operators. Some examples include:

ITA Airways, Egypt Air, Eva Air, FlyNas, Saudia, Azerbaijan Airlines, Aegean Airlines, Air Portugal, Royal Air Maroc, Hong Kong Airlines, Bamboo Airways, Air Cairo, Myanmar Airlines, Sichuan Airlines, Airlink |(South Africa) and Air Chathams (New Zealand).

These airlines and many more can be booked as normal, then the ticket issued using the ticket stock of W2-365 WorldTicket. This enables the travel agent to offer more comprehensive travel arrangements and the traveller to depart with all tickets in hand.

Furthermore, W2 ticketing enables agents to issue multiple flights and carriers on one ticket, greatly simplifying connecting journeys between different airlines enabling baggage to be through checked to their final destination, whereas otherwise the traveller may need to arrange a transit visa to collect and re-check their baggage.
