Cinnamon Grand Colombo invites guests to embark on an unforgettable Mediterranean culinary journey with “Celebrating Greek Cuisine,” an exclusive dining experience featuring internationally renowned chef, award winning author and MasterChef personality Theo Michaels. 

 Taking place from 11th to 14th June at The London Grill, this specially curated five course dining experience will showcase authentic Greek flavours and contemporary Mediterranean cuisine crafted by Chef Theo Michaels, whose vibrant culinary style has earned global recognition. 

 A former MasterChef contestant, Theo Michaels is widely recognised for his appearances on BBC Morning Live and Channel 4’s Steph’s Packed Lunch, where he served as resident chef for two years. With over a decade of television experience, Theo has become a familiar face across international food festivals, television, radio and culinary events. He is also an award winning cookbook author with ten published titles, including two Gourmand World Cookbook Award winners, and co founder of the popular meal planning platform FiveDinners.com with over 40,000 members worldwide.  

Guests can look forward to an immersive dining experience inspired by the warmth, freshness and traditions of Greece, featuring signature flavours and dishes thoughtfully curated by Chef Theo Michaels.
