The Travel Agents Association of Sri Lanka (TAASL) recently met with Mr. Hugh Sriyal Dissanayake, Honorary Consul of the Republic of the Philippines in Sri Lanka, to discuss key matters relating to visa facilitation and travel coordination between the two countries.

The TAASL delegation included Mr. Sabry Bahaudeen, Mr. Shanaka Fernando, Mr. Riza Ahamed, Mr. Dishal De Silva, Mr. Romesh Samaranayake, and Dr. Duminda Kuruwitaarachchi. During the meeting, the team highlighted several industry concerns and explored ways to strengthen bilateral collaboration to promote smoother travel between Sri Lanka and the Philippines.

As a follow-up to the discussion, TAASL announced plans to organize a dedicated training session for its members to enhance understanding and efficiency in visa-related procedures.
