Sri Lanka’s travel and tourism community to gather at ITC Ratnadipa on 19 September for a landmark edition of the industry’s signature social event
The Travel Trade Ball returns on 19 September 2026 at the ITC Ratnadipa, Colombo, in a landmark edition marking 50 years of the Travel Trade Sports Club (TTSC) and its role in bringing together Sri Lanka’s travel and tourism community.
The Golden Jubilee edition will honour five decades of achievement, relationships and contribution to the industry, while offering today’s travel trade an exceptional setting in which to celebrate the milestone together.
Guests can look forward to an elegant evening built around fine culinary experiences, curated moments of celebration and standout entertainment, set against the sophistication of ITC Ratnadipa. Music for the evening will be provided by two of Sri Lanka’s best-loved live acts, Misty and Redeemers, promising an energetic night of celebration.

Over the years, the Travel Trade Ball has established itself as one of the industry’s signature social occasions. The 2026 Golden Jubilee edition will build on that legacy with an evening designed to honour the past while celebrating the future of Sri Lanka’s travel trade.
