Some dining experiences never fade from memory, and for many Colombo food lovers, Noodles at Cinnamon Grand Colombo was one of them. This July, Cinnamon Grand revives a beloved culinary chapter with “Noodles Returns, So Do the Memories,” a limited-time dining experience that brings back the authentic flavours that made Noodles a favourite, alongside a selection of exciting new creations.  

From 23rd to 26th July 2026, guests can revisit the iconic menu at The Courtyard from 7PM to 11PM where the spirit of the original restaurant comes alive through the dishes that earned a loyal following over the years. 

The carefully curated menu features a selection of signature Asian-inspired favourites, including the Thai Basil Chicken Noodles, wok-fried rice noodles infused with sweet basil, lemongrass, bok choy and fresh chilli; the ever-popular Mee Goreng Spicy Fried Noodles, combining chicken, shrimp, tofu and egg in a rich, spicy sauce; and the much loved Singapore Rice Noodles with Sausage and Shrimps, a colourful stir fry of rice noodles with chicken sausage, shrimp, vegetables and egg. Guests can also savour the Wok Fried Beef with Soba Noodles, featuring tender slices of beef tossed with vegetables and soba noodles. 

The experience extends beyond noodles with comforting soups such as the Seafood Udon Noodle Soup, Laksa Lemak, and Vietnamese Beef Rice Noodle Soup, alongside popular starters including Gyoza Dumplings and Salt and Pepper Calamari. To complete the meal, diners can enjoy desserts such as the indulgent Molten Dark Chocolate Lava Cake or the classic Banana Fritters served with Vanilla Ice Cream and Caramel Sauce. 

More than simply revisiting a menu, Noodles Returns is a celebration of a restaurant that became part of Colombo’s dining culture. It offers longtime patrons the opportunity to relive familiar flavours while introducing a new generation to the dishes that helped define one of Cinnamon Grand’s most memorable dining experiences.
